Supreme Court Justice Vikram Nath, Chairperson, e-Committee, inaugurated the ‘Delhi High Court Mobile App, e-HRMS Portal for Judicial Officers, e-Office Pilot Project & Onboarding of MCD Appellate Tribunal/JJBs on e-Courts, Digital Preservation of Judicial Records’, at Delhi High Court.

Delhi Government would make available free wi-fi to lawyers and litigants in all District Court Complexes.

Justice Vikram Nath, Supreme Court Justice, Chairperson, e-Committee, inaugurated the ‘Delhi High Court Mobile App, e-HRMS Portal for Judicial Officers, e-Office Pilot Project & Onboarding of MCD Appellate Tribunal/JJBs on e-Courts, Digital Preservation of Judicial Records’, at Delhi High Court. in the august presence of Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Justice Prathiba M. Singh, Judge, High Court of Delhi & Chairperson, Information Technology & Artificial Intelligence Committee and Accessibility Committee and other Judges of High Court of Delhi. Judicial Officers of Delhi District Courts, Members of the Bar and the Officers & officials of the Registry also participated in the inaugural ceremony.


Supreme Court Justice Vikram Nath highlighted the importance of e-initiatives of the judiciary in making Courts more transparent and easily accessible to the litigants. Such initiatives ensure that Courts do no remain in the hallowed corridor but become more open, efficient and within the reach of the common man.


Justice Prathiba M. Singh, the Chairperson of the IT and Accessibility Committee in her welcome address traced the history of computerization in the Delhi High Court and highlighted the features of the mobile application which is downloadable on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

This mobile application makes available orders, judgments, daily cause list, display board, VC links, etc. easily accessible to lawyers and litigants. Through the hybrid Courts, the litigants can easily watch their Court proceedings in their cases through this application by clicking on the VC link. The application also enables access to various other services provided by the Delhi High Court.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta emphasized on the importance of the judiciary in nation building and assured her unwavering support to the initiatives taken for the Court in Delhi. She announced that the Delhi Government would make available free wi-fi to lawyers and litigants in all District Court Complexes.
