उत्तराखंड में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों से सरकारी बंगले का किराया वसूलने के मामले में केंद्रीय मंत्री और उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिली, 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकारी बंगले का किराया नहीं देने पर पूर्व सीएम के खिलाफ अवमानना कार्रवाही के हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाई और राज्य सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है
